Author & Photographer Matthew Janzen spent two years working on State of Craft Beer, visiting breweries — as well as the farms, factories, and places that supply them — along the way and getting a first-hand account of the industry. Janzen's presentation will explore the trends he discovered on his journey, and even dives into production of the book itself — which was 100 percent produced in Wisconsin.
